Phone calls

The number on this site is a call-tracking number. When you call, the call is routed through a call-tracking provider to an independent contractor who responds to the enquiry.

• Call details. Information about the call — such as your phone number, the time and length of the call and the number you dialled — may be processed to route the call and to attribute the enquiry to this website.
• Recording. If a call is recorded, that will be disclosed by the notice played on the call at the time.
• The contractor. What you tell the contractor on the call (such as your address and the problem) is handled by that contractor to respond to your enquiry.

On the website

• No forms. The site has no contact or lead form, so it collects nothing you type in.
• No analytics or advertising scripts are currently loaded by the site.
• No accounts or tracking cookies are set by the site.

Third parties

Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives standard request data (such as IP address) as part of delivering the files. The hosting provider keeps routine server logs for security and operations. Links to external sites, such as the City of Meriden or Energize CT, are governed by those sites' policies.

If analytics or any form is added, this page will be updated before it goes live to explain what's collected and why.
